Most likely you have entered the wrong text but it could also be that previously you had pressed back when registering and the image didnt update. Simply refresh the register page and get a new image.

Why have I not received my activation code yet?

If you have not waited at least 10 minutes then it could be for a number of reasons. One is could have been the email has been blocked as spam, to prevent this add admin@the-gaffa.co.uk to your safe sender list. Also it could be because you have made a typo in your email address, please ensure you do input the right email including the higher domain info such as .com or .co.uk.

Why can't I download files?

If you have problems downloading files then make sure that you have logged in firstly and if so report what error message you're getting as the file link might be dead.
