Passing
Ever heard of a defensive midfielder that can't pass? Ok I have before and maybe he plays for my local lower league team but in the top flight you don't see it. Very important for any midfielder.
Technique
In a league like the Italian one technique is very important and Marek has the qualities here. Mixed with composure its a good combination.
Creativity
To be honest I don't know many defensive midfielders who have a lot of creativity but in this test game Marek did. If you have someone who can hold the ball, pass it well and create space for others thats some player...
Determination
This is a key stat for a defensive midfielder but can lead to cards being dealt but his aggression rating was low so maybe not.
Stamina
You won't need to sub Marek and thats what you want to hear, unless he is injured or overplayed.
The Gaffa's opinion
Marek has a lot of potential but he is like many other players and it will require a bit of much to start off with very good stats. In our test game I would say I would buy him without question for the future as he is a hot talent but its not 100% certain he will be in all games.
