Cheats for FM2008

There is only one real cheat known for FM2008 and its very easy to do.

Creating a super player

What you need

FM Modifier - Download here
Depending on what verison of FM Modifier have the right patch. For current Modifier verison 2.25 you need the 8.02 patch.

How to do the cheat

If you have never used FM Modifier then check our cheat here.

So how it works:

Load up FM2008 and your game.
Load up FM Modifier and load the game data.
Find the player you want to make a super player
Alter his fitness value to 29634 and save.

Thats it, now watch him act like he is on some wonder drug. If you select a striker expect plenty of goals. An example was using an average player in the Championship. He went onto score 6 goals out of what was probably 15 very good chances.

Warning: It gets boring very fast.

I had the same problem. Fitness went down to 7%. Does this really work ? If so what am I doing wrong ?

it ruined a player of mine. It had the reverse effect. so i returned his fitness value to 10000 and his was fine again.
